　　随着DeepSeek、ChatGPT等众多AI软件的出现，电脑算力成了人们口中的热门话题，对于许多科技企业来说，如何控制算力成本，成了一个重要问题，于是许多企业选择了以租代买的新方式。记者发现，市场需求增大，在电脑设备租赁行业，不少高性能机型更是出现“上架即秒光”的行情。

　　成本更低换新更快高性能电脑租赁热

　　在北京的一家科技公司，负责人赵普告诉记者，今年以来，公司订单增长，对高性能电脑设备的需求也更大。为了控成本，公司选择以租代买。

　　北京某智能科技公司负责人赵普：如果我们买算力，可能单块显卡的价格是10多万元，对于我们初创公司来说非常不合适。

　　浙江杭州一家人工智能企业的负责人孙林君告诉记者，对于高算力需求企业来说，电脑设备需要高频迭代，最长1到2年、最短半年就要换新，选择租赁，可以随时根据需求更换最新的设备。

　　浙江杭州某智能科技公司负责人孙林君：我们今年在北京、上海、广州、深圳以及日本东京，都有相应人员扩充需求，高端电脑需求量会增加，考虑到硬件的更新成本和周期的问题，我们觉得租赁是一种更划算的方式。

　　据预测，到2026年，我国算力租赁潜在收入市场规模有望达到2600亿元。

　　中国电子信息产业发展研究院电子信息研究所所长陈渌萍：消费者更加注重消费的灵活性和实用性，以租代买的观念逐渐被接受。基于数据分析的挖掘，租赁平台也能够精准捕捉消费者的需求和偏好，提供更加个性化的服务。

　　电脑租赁行情涨设备流转速度加快

　　在北京一家电脑设备租赁企业，负责人纪鹏程告诉记者，从去年下半年开始，高性能电脑设备的租赁需求就开始明显增长。

　　纪鹏程称，由于目前AI行业设备换新速度加快，最新的硬件设备主要面向研发、设计等企业租赁，2-3年后，电脑的性能已经相对落伍，就会租给其他企业，供给一般办公场景，以及客服、前台等岗位使用。而在一个办公电脑设备租赁仓库，负责人王海燕告诉记者，从今年二月份开始，出货量就迎来了高峰。不少机型一上线，就被“秒光”。

　　中国循环经济协会会长助理潘永刚：我觉得安全性、保密性应该值得关注。上一轮使用完之后，再进入下一轮的使用过程当中，设备的一些涉密的、原有的信息，要进行有效擦除，规范化的处置(标准)还需要进一步完善。
