　　中新社北京4月23日电(记者刘育英)中国工业和信息化部、国家标准化管理委员会22日公布《国家智能制造标准体系建设指南(2024版)》(下称2024版《指南》)。中国电子技术标准化研究院院长杨旭东接受中新社记者采访时表示，2024版《指南》为中国智能制造标准化工作指明了方向，呈现出三大亮点。

　　近年来中国智能制造发展取得显著成效，迭代发布4版国家智能制造标准体系，制定472项国家标准、50项国际标准，遴选了135个标准应用试点项目，引领建设了一批数字化车间、智能工厂，规范壮大了一批系统解决方案供应商。

　　杨旭东表示，2024版《指南》在继承基础共性、关键技术和行业应用的标准体系架构前提下，坚持方向性、系统性和创新性，提出新时期标准框架和重点方向。

　　杨旭东认为，2024版《指南》亮点一是全面性和前瞻性。该指南提出涵盖智能制造核心要素、技术基础以及重点行业的标准化内容，并优化拓展赋能技术标准的范畴，为未来智能制造的发展预留空间。

　　亮点二是注重场景应用和标准群建设。2024版《指南》以提升智能制造应用水平和供给水平为目标，提出探索标准研制新方法，固化智能工厂培育、系统解决方案攻关和标准应用试点等成功经验和创新成果，形成面向典型场景标准群，打通标准应用的“最后一公里”。

　　亮点三是强化技术与产业融合创新，基于前期在数字孪生、知识图谱等技术领域积累的标准优势，2024版《指南》强化了人工智能、大数据等新一代信息技术在制造业的深度融合应用标准化布局，强化新兴技术与智能装备、工业软件等工厂核心要素融合创新，推动工业机器人、智能检测装备等新兴产业加速发展。

　　其中，2024版《指南》在人工智能领域的标准制定，将推动人工智能技术在制造业的广泛应用，加速制造业的智能化转型。
