　　中新社北京4月24日电(王梦瑶)据中国文化和旅游部24日消息，由中国牵头制定的《旅游及相关服务在线旅游机构(OTA)在线住宿预订平台服务指南》近日由国际标准化组织(ISO)正式发布。

　　这是继2024年底国际标准化组织发布首个由中国牵头的旅游信息咨询服务国际标准之后，又推出的重要成果，再次为旅游国际标准注入“中国元素”。

　　在线住宿预订平台服务指南国际标准为全球在线住宿预订平台提供了统一的服务指南，适用于在线住宿预订平台、各类住宿服务提供商和用户，明确了订购、支付、退改和评价等服务环节的条款，提出了信息安全、财务安全和隐私保护等服务保障要求，有效保障消费者对附加服务的知情权和选择权，减少大数据杀熟、捆绑消费和隐性消费等乱象。此外，标准还强调了在线住宿预订无障碍服务功能，确保特殊群体“预订零障碍”。

　　该项标准将规范中国在线住宿预订平台及其服务，提升中国旅游服务品质和透明度，在“入境免签”的背景下吸引更多“入境游”，方便入境游客畅游中国。同时，各国在线住宿预订服务规范的统一，也能够减少旅游“信息差”，让中国游客出境时能够享受从预订、退改到入住的无差别服务，帮助中国游客境外“安心游”。
