一挺身就冲破了那层薄薄的障碍：一女被前后被四根双龙，感受前所未有的狂野与刺激！

　　59岁瑞尔特（002790.SZ）董事长陷离婚大战。

　　4月23日晚间，卫浴代工龙头瑞尔特发布公告称，近日董事长、持股5%以上股东罗远良所持股份被冻结，冻结数量为2611.20万股，占其所持股份的50%，占公司总股本的6.25%。

　　公告显示，此次冻结的原因是罗远良的配偶谢桂琴向厦门市思明区人民法院提起离婚诉讼，并申请冻结罗远良所持股份的50%。

　　截至公告披露日，罗远良及其一致行动人罗金辉、罗文辉、谢桂琴共持有股份7280万股，其中累计被冻结股份为2611万股，占其持股比例的35.87%，占公司总股本的6.25%。

　　截至4月23日收盘，瑞尔特报7.21元/股，总市值30.13亿元，据此计算，被冻结股份的市值约为1.88亿元。

　　值得注意的是，瑞尔特招股书显示，罗金辉、罗文辉系罗远良之儿子。罗远良是公司主要创始人之一，生于1966年，从1999年4月起便在厦门瑞尔特卫浴工业有限公司工作。谢桂琴出生于1973年，自由职业。

　　公告中提到，罗远良最近一年没有大额债务逾期或违约记录，不存在因债务问题涉及的重大诉讼或仲裁情况。此外，司法冻结事项未导致第一大股东发生变更，也未对生产经营和治理产生重大不利影响。目前，离婚诉讼案件尚未开庭，未来股份是否发生变动仍存在不确定性。

　　记者注意到，今年A股频现离婚案件。就在4月20日晚，威士顿（301315）公告称，公司实控人茆宇忠因解除婚姻关系，将其持有的部分股份分割至前妻XUXIANGFENG名下。

　　根据过出方与过入方签署的离婚协议，过出方将其所持有的威士顿2000万股股份，占总股本的22.73%，分割至过入方名下。

　　截至23日收盘，威士顿股价报46.47元/股，总市值达40.89亿元。以此计算，上述拟转让股份的市值达9.29亿元。
