近日，在埃及总理穆斯塔法·马德布利等政府高层见证下，金风科技在埃及首个风电项目——红海风能公司（RedSeaWindenergy）苏伊士湾2号项目（下称：GOSII项目）全场并网，正式投入商业运营。该项目为非洲已投运的最大单体风电项目，较原计划提前6个月投入商业运营，创造了埃及风电产业“加速度”。

埃及新能源和可再生能源管理局发布的报告显示，预计到2030年埃及风电总装机将达12.75gW，充分体现了埃及作为风电新兴市场的发展潜力。作为"一带一路"倡议下的重点新能源项目，GOSII项目的“提前收官”将有力推动埃及实现《2035年综合可持续能源战略》目标，加速能源转型进程。

GOSII项目位于埃及苏伊士湾地区，总装机容量500MW，共安装84台GW165-6.0MW风电机组，是非洲目前单机容量最大、总装机容量最大的已投运单体风电项目。项目预计年发电量达20亿千瓦时，可满足当地100余万户家庭用电需求，每年减少二氧化碳排放约150万吨。

该项目位于红海沿岸的苏伊士湾，夏季气候炎热干燥，最高温度可达40°C以上，且大风、沙尘天气频发，时常会有强风暴。为应对当地极端环境条件，项目所采用的GW165-6.0MW机组，针对当地气候进行耐高温、抗风沙等定制化设计，采用创新防尘工艺，提高发电机绝缘等级，优化升级散热系统，以强适应性保障极端环境下机组的平稳运行。

在项目执行过程中，金风科技埃及项目团队联合中外合作伙伴克服多重挑战，创新施工方案，利用"小风季"窗口期高效作业，保证项目的高效顺利交付，实现了“550万工时零事故”的安全生产纪录，彰显了项目的HSE管理水平，并且屡次“跑赢计划”，提前抵达重要项目节点，大大缩短工程周期，为客户提升项目收益——

2024年4月，项目提前20天完成第一阶段46台机组吊装。红海风能公司CEOAnthonyWatson、金风国际总经理汪海等嘉宾共同见证了这一里程碑，AnthonyWatson在现场表示：“我们非常高兴项目能够取得今天的成就，金风科技是第一家进入埃及的中国风电整机商，在GOSII项目上的表现证明了自身实力。”

2024年9月，项目首台风电机组成功调试并网。金风科技埃及团队实现变电站通电、风电机组调试和电网运营的无缝过渡，获得红海风能公司工程总监HansBruins的高度认可。

2024年12月，项目提前4个月完成306MW容量机组并网发电。

在以上标志性成果的基础上，金风团队与客户、施工团队紧密配合，深入了解埃及电网接入要求细则，并进行工作前置，在并网调试前做好频率、谐波等方面问题解决方案，最终实现了电网测试一次通过，提前6个月实现全场并网，为埃及风电产业树立新标杆。
